Submission for Workshops
Abstracts and Papers will be submitted as
e-mail attachments to the conference program committee. (You will be notified electronically that
the paper has been received. Please continue to use the author and paper
identification codes originally assigned). All papers accepted for presentation will
be published in the conference proceedings
in a CD-ROM format.
Two or more individuals will review each paper submitted for possible presentation. Each review will be distributed to the author(s) electronically for modification of the papers as necessary. Additionally, where appropriate, editorial comments will be sent to the authors in paper format to identify specific areas to be addressed. As with any conference of this nature, the Organizing Committee greatly appreciates the efforts of the reviewers who willingly donate their time for this process. If you have interest in participating as a reviewer, check the box in the author entry data and send an email to cheng@ics.saitama-u.ac.jp indicating your willingness to participate and appropriate areas of expertise.
Conference will use the IEEE-CS format for
final papers, the Author's Guide is shown

Registration
The registration fee before August 15, 2003
is 40,000 Japanese Yen.
The registration fee after August 15, 2003 is 45,000 Japanese Yen.
Full time students may register at a reduced
fee of 20,000 Japanese Yenbefore August 15, 2003.
Full time students may register at a reduced
fee of 25,000 Japanese Yenafter August 15, 2003.
