Regular inspections and repairs are essential for historic wooden buildings. However, blueprints often no longer exist, so a preliminary survey of the building structure is needed.Since these buildings are invaluable, it is important to conduct structural surveys in a non-destructive, fast and low cost manner.
In this study, we applied infrared thermography of forced heating for structural investigations inside a wooden house.
