Coprinus cinereus as a model organism
This fungus grows easly in defined media and produces mushrooms, fruiting bodies, within 10 days. We are studying hyphal growth and morphogenesis of fruiting body, genetically and molecularly.
Our lab welcomes graduate students from abroad.
